As a professional landlord. I have used MRKT since inception and the same people under their previous name. I use them for tenant find and other compliance requirements. Wholly professional and thorough. Never had a bad tenant from them apart from one who turned rogue after about 10 yrs. I found James, Matt, Mandy and the team extremely knowledgeable and above all, extremely honest. Even though I only paid for tenant find , they are always on hand with advice and assistance to help me navigate all the ever changing legislation. I strongly recommend them to anyone. I know their management is first class.
