Really good communication via telephone and MRKT with Tim Bond during the process of changing faulty boiler. I am pleased that the fault report procedure is quick and easy. Boiler has been replaced in exact time and date as planned with lots of support over the phone prior to the plumbing work and after. Thank you!
I’ve been very satisfied with the service provided throughout the management of my tenancy by MRKT. Their service costs were competitive, and the marketing materials—particularly the photos of the flat—were consistently professional and well presented.Communication has been a real strong point. Customer relations were always handled in a professional and responsive manner, and any queries or issues I raised—or needed to respond to—were dealt with promptly. All inventory check‑in and check‑out reports were thorough and detailed, which made it much easier to identify and address any issues early.During the second tenancy, a higher number of issues were raised and reported, but every one of them was managed efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. When the tenants reported damp despite being provided with a dehumidifier from the beginning, the team stepped in immediately and sent them a clear guide on how to manage and reduce the problem.In the most recent tenancy, the flat was not returned to me in the same condition in which it had been presented to the tenants. MRKT addressed the matter straight away, ensuring I wasn’t left to restore the property to its original condition on my own.Overall, the service has been reliable, proactive, and well‑organised, and I’ve appreciated the consistent level of care shown throughout the entire period.
